please take your matter to the users@ mailing list before filing an issue.
Marking as INVALID because there is no discussion thread which shows that
you have found somebody who agrees that this is a bug, and because the issue
tracker is not a place where we discuss things in the matter you are trying to
do here. See http://subversion.apache.org/docs/community-guide/issues.html

And please, when you post to the users@ list, be polite.
I understand that you're upset about having a problem with Subversion, but there
is no reason not to just talk about it in a normal way, instead of ranting away
about it in the way you did. Please consider that your opinion may be wrong
simply because you don't know enough about how Subversion works and how it is
supposed to be used. And that's fine, nobody has to know everything. Thank you.
