The normalizing to on-disk casing, mentioned by Bert in #desc6, actually makes
it impossible to commit a case-only move, even when done in two steps (like the
example described in #desc6). At least when trying to specify the deleted and
added files explicitly to the commit command (both sides of the move are
normalized to the same single on-disk file).

The more general problem is that, on Windows, a scheduled-for-delete file can
not be specified to any svn subcommand on the command line, if there is another
case-conflicting file on-disk in the way.

Filed this as issue #3865, and marked this issue dependent on it, since it
doesn't make much sense to make case-only renames possible, if you can't do
anything else with them.

See http://svn.haxx.se/dev/archive-2011-04/0277.shtml for some related
discussion while attempting to fix this issue.
