User cmpilato has changed several issues in subversion
project.  Below is a list of the changed issues you are associated with:

 Issues:     Summary:
 2799        Update tools/diff/diff.c to use the newest diff API
 2527        svn diff does not use /dev/null as filename for added or removed files
 3087        Make svnperms.py handle nested groups
 3636        Double URI-encode during svn delete
 3160        make mailer.py able to use mappings on several to_addr fields
 3056        avoid repeat merge in an intelligent way
 3196        svnsync should set revprops as part of commit
 3088        svn_load_dirs.pl: fails if one file/folder is replaced by a symb link
 3622        svn should exit with exit code 1 if updating externals fails
 2794        svn_load_dirs.pl: execute bit on files triggers an "add"
 2580        svn+ssh SIGKILLs ssh processes (causing problems for OpenSSH connection \
multiplexing)  3449        text conflict flagged even though both sides match
 2897        Reflective merges are faulty
 2836        Add ability to block/unblock revisions from merging
 3049        conflict resolver API should provide a way to say "resolve all \
conflicting blocks in direction x"
