Hi,
I have been using SVN since quite sometime now and do know that it is case
sensitive for file names. Its a 'feature' that Subversion is case sensitive.
This is a problem when the environment is all Windows. I know that hooks and
scripts exist to try overcome this issue, but that's not a graceful and
straightforward way as per me.

I have marked it as P1 as it causes the repository to become unstable, and
unreliable if there is a conflict due to case. User gets stuck and productivity
gets affected. The user gets an impression that SVN has issues.

Ideally, the repository should have an option to make it case in-sensitive if
required by all clients.
