This also effects if you do moves under lock condition and release together with
releasing the locks.

In my case I did move a file to its parent directory, and released the locks in
the commit. That move rendered the dir empty, but I can't delete it because of
the imaginary lock on the file. And the workaround 

> svn unlock --force url/to/nonexisting/file 

does fail with 'url/to/nonexisting/file' is not under version control
