BTW, this looks like a regression in 1.5 as it works in 1.4:
svnadmin create repos
svn co file://`pwd`/repos wc
cd wc/
svn mkdir foo
svn ci -m ''
touch foo/@file.txt
svn add foo/@file.txt
So for this issue, feel free to open a bug report at
