This is a problem for automated tinderbox/buildbot machines run by users where
the provider cuts the line every 24 hours and assigns a new IP-address.

svn doesn't seem to notice this (as opposed to cvs on the same machines) and
never times out. It just waits forever (more than 30 hours, then I killed svn)
and thus blocks the buildmachine.

(This is when using svn switch (on both Linux as well as Mac OSX) in case that
matters)

svn should timeout after a reasonable timeframe.
