When mod_dav_svn uses dav_svn_convert_error to handle a Subversion error it
received from the lower level libraries, it only logs the first error in the
chain.  This is incredibly annoying when it turns out that the top level error
is really vague, and there's an underlying error that it wraps that would tell
you precisely what is going wrong.  We should be logging all the errors in the
chain.
