OK, I started to try to fix this. It's quite simple. An include of 'a/b' must
match all subpaths of 'a/b' (as it does already), AND all parent paths of 'a/b'
(which it currently does not.
I was going to just fixup ary_prefix_match() accordingly, and all would be done.
Then I noticed that svndumpfilter isn't assigning any special significance to
path seperators!!! i.e. include 'dir1' would match against 'dir10', 'dir11',
'dir12345', etc. Yuck!
So, time to plan more sweeping changes, I think :-(
