I īm using cvs2svn from tags/1.0.0. I had to change line 1291 to add option
"-x,v".  After that, the conversion from CVSNT worked fine for my projects.

cvs2svn.py line 1291: 
pipe_cmd = 'co -q -x,v -p%s %s' % (cvs_rev, escape_shell_arg(rcs_file))

Note: I īm using WinXP and I īve downloaded RCS only to use with cvs2svn, so I
haven īt configured RCS environment vars. Probably a proper configuration of RCS
could solve this problem, but I think that the modified cvs2svn.py is better for
users that (like me) are not willing to learn about RCS and will delete it after
a successful migration.
