+ No, svn_wc_add() is working fine. It is careful to init new objects
+ to revision 0, but preserve the prior revision of replaced objects (so
+ that "revert" can still work). It does this for both files and
+ directories.

+ The real issue here was that commit_tests.py 8 was expecting the wrong
+ wc_rev.
