+ The pipe editor is very hard to use, effectively requires access to the source, 
+ and its use is not fully documented. Thus, it is a potential pitfall for 
+ developers using the SVN API.

+ Remove the pipe editor from libsvn_delta (the factory function, editor 
+ functions, and related types).

+ libsvn_ra_local will need to be updated to incorporate the pipe editor 
+ functionality for wrapping the underlying editor. Directly moving the functions 
+ over is possible, but some simplifications should be possible (e.g. a handler 
+ wrapper baton won't be needed).
