+ In the io.c case, we need to start using Neon in a way that
+ doesn't involve file descriptors (this is Greg Stein's
+ suggested solution, he notes that it may involve some tweaks
+ to Neon).

+ file right now, but if it's going to do Win32-specific
+ registry stuff, maybe this config parsing library really
+ belongs in APR?  Don't know.  Since that code isn't being
