| DESCRIPTION |
People often want to know which files will be patched when they update.

In CVS, it's easy to know if a local file differs from what's in the repository:
if the 'status' command shows different revision numbers, you know there's an
impending patch.

In SVN, if the status command shows two different revs, it means nothing. The
status command needs to ask libsvn_fs if two different root/path locations
*actually* differ in content. If they differ, a new status column might print a
"D" or "*" or something.

Ben started this change long ago, but hasn't finished it. Grep for
"svn_fs_is_different" in svn_fs.h and libsvn_fs/tree.c.

Somebody finish it, please.
