hi,

what do you think about making username-password dialog so that password is asked immediately, and
not AFTER locking the whole working copy? if you want no password, you could specify --password ""
command line option without problems.

why?
for avoiding to wait 2mins to enter username/password, we currently give it on the commandline,
which reveals it to other users doing a "ps", or to users using a shared account via commandline
history.
