svnant shares the same project and repository as Subclipse but it has never
been maintained by the same team.  From my point of view, svnant has
essentially been unmaintained for years.  You can see the commit history
easy enough.  It would be great if someone would step up to maintain it.

Unless that happens, I cannot really recommend using it.  I wouldn't.
