The issue is not the JAR file, we ship that in the core plugin as part of
Subclipse.  The issue is that the JAR file uses JNI to make calls into the
JavaHL native library.  We do not supply that for any OS except Windows.
So you probably need to build it yourself using the Subversion tarball.
