That's up to you. Eclipse.org has a certificate that Buckminster can use 
but it cannot be used for bundles developed outside of Eclipse. I don't 
know if Tigris.org has something similar? Whatever you would use would 
show up in the JWS "Accept certificate" dialog when the jar is installed.
