But I am talking about the "service". The .exe works fine too.

You install the service with stunnel -install on the shell
You start the service with stunnel -start on the shell

or

Start --> Programs --> stunnel --> Service Install
Start --> Programs --> stunnel --> Service Start

I installed in C:\Program Files, and copied the folder stunnel to somewhere else such \
as c:\non_microsoft; then uninstall the stunnel; running the program (double click \
the stunnel.exe) from c:\non_microsoft\stunnel;

it works fine
