1. Did you mean "client = no" (it's a *server* configuration)? I guess this
is the source of your problem.
2. It's usually pretty useless for server to accept connections on the
loopback interface, since non-root user is not able to intercept your
packets here.
3. Your client won't be able to connect your server since your client
conects non-loopback interface and your server only accepts connections on
loopback interface.
