From the help, it looks like you've got version 4 of stunnel.
You need to make a config file, not pass the stuff in on the command line.
I think your config file would look something like this:
client = yes
foreground = no
[stunnel]
accept = 636
connect = bluepages.ibm.com:636
This example assumes that there's an stunnel service defined on port 636
in /etc/services
