The above error message is shown with the following stacktrace...

javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Form bean not specified on mapping for action: "/yourAction"
	org.apache.struts.taglib.html.FormTag.lookup(FormTag.java:857)
	org.apache.struts.taglib.html.FormTag.doStartTag(FormTag.java:467)
...

It would be very helpful to also say where

==> Form bean not specified on mapping for action: "/yourAction" in struts-config.xml
