Feeling somewhat embarassed at messing up something people count on, I've attached a \
patch which  should solve the problem, by restoring the behavior as it was in 1.44 \
but adding an explicit test for the  invalid case where dynamic javascript is \
requested but no form can be found.

I will point out that the logic in that renderJavascript method is not the most \
straightforward and should  probably be refactored.

As I have neither time to perform that refactoring nor to adequately test this patch, \
I provide it in hopes  that someone who actually uses static javascript can apply \
this patch to their CVS sandbox and verify it.
