Is anyone interested in this? I've since stopped using it and created a 
ActionValidator utility class that allows me to call the Validator from within 
my action classes by passing it a key. My new approach is not dependent on any 
Action Mapping Naming. I don't ever validate on the Form level because it 
disjoints the validation process. Anyways, please review this enhancement's 
history. If after reviewing this the ValidatorLookupDispatchAction is of 
interest to anyone then, please, let me know. If not.... I would like to close 
it.
