When reporting something like this, don't just say "with corresponding getters
and setters".  Matching JavaBean properties to method names is something people
often get wrong.  Please supply at least the signatures of all of your bean methods.

You indicated what you get from "request.getParameter()", but what do you get
from "request.getParameterValues()"?

What container and version are you using?

Could you add debug printouts to your "set" method (or breakpoint it in your
debugger), to be sure of exactly what's getting sent to it?
