0.86, wow thats old, i don't have enough knowledge of dhcp to help with
your immediate problem, but i do suggest you upgrade 0.89 exists, and 0.90
is in a release canidate state, it still has some bugs but they shouldn't
be that difficult to fix, although i'm not fully aware of all the bugs
that have been found..
