for all that's are so stupid as I am, here is the answer from Daniel Robbins
(sorry to post your answer without your permisson, but that's only show my
stupidity... and thanks you very much for your answer...).

Aha, yes, this is a 'feature'.
Put all your customizations in /etc/modules/<kernelversion>, for example,
type all that stuff in /etc/modules/2.2.6 for kernel 2.2.6.  The boot scripts
copy this data to /etc/conf.modules on boot.  This was designed to allow the
user to have different modules configurations depending on kernel version.
If the /etc/modules directory was not automatically created on your system
please let me know.

And of course that work like a charm, in fact that's great because I have some
modules with some kernels and other with other kernels.
