Hi,

I would like to loadlevel a process only at exec time because the
process quickly loads 500 megs of memory.  When openssi decides it would
be better off somewhere else, it more or less freezes the cluster while
the 500 megs of memory is piped to another node.  Am I missing some
useful switch to the loadlevel command?
