The documentation for HA-LVS did not go out with the 0.9.8 binary 
release. I've posted it here:
   http://OpenSSI.org/contrib/README.ipvs

The kernel does not properly support it, anyhow. There should be a 
couple of /proc/cluster files that don't exist, due to a build error. 
They will exist in the 0.9.9 release coming soon.

Another bug that will be fixed in 0.9.9 is a problem with the NFS 
module. It currently complains about missing symbols when it's loaded.
