Excellent discussion!
We should declare a _flag_ day and from that day forward, SSI system calls
are in a known range above 2.6.24 syscalls. Requires adding
nop/Not-implemented syscall
padding for 2.6.10/11/13...24.
The above implies new distro releases ASAP.
