There's a setting "Use X-NAT to choose SIP/RTP ports", but it's set to 
"never" here. Haven't heard of x-nat yet and google isn't very chatty 
about that one. Ideas anyone?

Maybe because my server doesn't offer TCP via RFC 3263.
