Do you have any core dump? The error seems to me to live somewhere else
than you guess. could you get us debugging information? (sources, binaries,
core). Best post it to serhelp@lists.iptel.org (no quota limitations on that
mailing list)

Registering more contacts than compile-time limit is incovnenient but not 
harmful, and as a radius fucntion is called later, lookup has apparently 
comleted. The message about FIFO is not related either -- FIFO server always 
complains when some of other processes dies.
