SquirrelMail is an email client.  Please refer to the documentation for
your email server on how to add mail accounts.  SquirrelMail has a
couple plugins that can interface with certain mail system setups to
provide a way to do this from with SquirrelMail, but you still need to
know about how accounts on your mail server are set up.
