With windows-1256 there is a problem under Debian...

But I have also to change
$languages['ar']['CHARSET'] = 'windows-1256';
to
$languages['ar']['CHARSET'] = 'utf8';

OK, with ar_MA.utf8 it is workingproperly

I know, but I have a Bugreport:
In the "Options" section, ANY text is aligned LEFT and not RIGHT. There
is a missing HTML option "/templates/default/option_groups.tpl" in the
Tags:
<td class="optionDesc">
which should be
<td class="optionDesc" dir="rtl">
where the "rtl" should come from
$languages['ar']['DIR'] = 'rtl';
which is not used here.
Now I have tried to remove in the file templates/default/css/options.css
#optionGroups td.optionDesc {
/* text-align: left; */
background: #dcdcdc;
}
and changed manualy in /templates/default/option_groups.tpl to
<td class="optionDesc" dir="rtl">
but it does not work, because there is something enforcing a
text-align: center;
Yeah, it sit in templates/default/css/default.css with
#optionGroups {
/* text-align: center; */
}
comment it out and it works.
Can you look into the problem to get the dir="rtl" into the:
<td class="optionDesc" dir="rtl">
I was not able HOW TO GET the "rtl" from
$languages['ar']['DIR'] = 'rtl';
if this is solved it should work for all languages.
Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
