You can set address in user preferences.

If address changes are not permitted in SquirrelMail configuration, we
have retrieveuserdata plugin that changes address info automatically.

If you want to avoid webmaster No.1, webmaster No.2 and info@ issues,
consider implementing virtual user setup. You can store user information
in database or ldap and have username equal to email address.
