No "Download this as a file" link (1.4)

In Squirrelmail 1.2.7 while reading an email there was a link
at the bottom of the page "Download this as a file".  In
version 1.4 I do not see this link, even though it is still
described in the help.

	3 - Reading an email message
	    3.9 - Download this as a file

I find the "Download this as a file" option very necessary
for either text or HTML messages.
