Hello,
today I installed the current development archiv
and found out, that someone has modified the 
"select_option_month" function in that way, that
the short name for the month is taken from the
first three characters of the long name.

This works perfectly until you use the HTML codes
for foreign special characters.

e.g.

german month:		März (march)

same written in
correct html syntax:	M&auml;rz

german short name 
of this month:		Mär

same written in
correct html syntax:	M&auml;r
