I didn't 'find' it; I deduced it from the other location in the same 
file that does not place a linefeed there, as well as the fact that in 
the lines immediately below this change, other content-type attributes 
are also added without linefeeds.... oh, and the fact that boundaries 
placed on the next line were not being recognized by Courier whatsoever. 
  I can look up the RFC, but regardless of what I find, I would imagine 
that it is not illegal to keep it on the same line, and since it doesn't 
break that way....

Did I miss something completely?
