If JavaScript is disabled, it shows up as a link, "All", which is not any
bigger than the "unobvious checkbox." FWIW, Yahoo has a checkbox in the
same place for the same purpose, which is why I thought it a good idea -
it's intuitive to me, and keeps the mouse within the general area you'd
want it... *shrugs* I thought the "Toggle All" link completely out of
place, which is why I moved it - I don't think it should be "replaced" as
I think I had excellent reason to get rid of it to begin with.

If you want to roll the JS-checkbox-fix-toggle thingie back, that's fine.
