I bet this questions has been asked like a kazillion times but here I go
once again. I have benn looking a bit at squidguard and I am interested in
creating a black list specific to my country (Argentina). What I have been
able to figure out, is that I should tell squidguard in a configuration file
to scan specified ips (those that are registered to my country). Is this
approach correct?
