I can't see any denied request to access.log.
I can see the page once, only if it is not in squid cache.
If I try to GET the page for the second time, I'll get any byte.
This is what I can see in the log:

http://testesi.pro-netics.com:81/esi/3.php - NONE/- text/html

... mhh, three TCP_MEM_HIT, so good, but I can't see the page on my browser, 
even in my telnet!!

Please help me if I'm wrong.
