The ncomm framework in eventio is now quite functional, and the hard
work integrating it into Squid will soon start.

Interested people, please check out src/ncomm_test.c. It is a small test
program demonstrating most of the ncomm features and usage.

   port 45678 connects to port 127.0.0.1:80
   port 55555 reports MemPool usage
