originally, ProjectLauncher >> #startUpAfterLogin supported (and needs support for) \
both relative and absolute paths. Unfortunately, FileDirectory class >> \
#urlForFileNamed: only supports absolute paths and Url >> #newFromRelativeText: only \
supports relative paths.
