A release checklist for SQLite version 3.10.0
(https://www.sqlite.org/checklists/3100000/index) has been posted.  So
far there are only a few preliminary tests.  Official testing is
schedule to begin on 2016-01-04.  The release will occur when the
checklist is all green.

Preliminary documentation for version 3.10.0 is available at

A snapshot of the latest code is available on the
(https://www.sqlite.org/download.html) download page.

Please raise any issues or concerns soon, as the release tests might
go quickly once they start on Monday.
