Hi all,

I am sending this message to the spread-users@lists.spread.org to tell you about some \
developments related to the Spread toolkit.

We are working on a new license to Spread. The goal of this license is to open-source \
the basic spread toolkit while requiring proper acknowledgments and protection.

I am including a draft for the new Spread license. Please read it and provide me with \
any comments you have. We plan to release Spread 3.16 under this license later in \
May.

Draft for the new Spread license

Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are \
permitted provided that the following conditions are met:
