Actually, the support for the tadpoles wasn't pulled into 1.4.2,
you'll have to wait until 1.5 for an actual release version of NetBSD.

So, you'll have to grab one of the -current snapshots and then build a
tadpole-configured kernel using the TADPOLE3GX config file.
