If you are using the Spambayes Proxy, have a look in your Application Data
for SpamBayes, you should find the databases that Spambayes is using there.
You can simply copy them, reinstall Spambayes and copy them back again.
Voila - no retraining. My databases are in c:\Documents and
Settings\username\Spambayes\....
