list on https://multirbl.valli.org/list/ shows not all rbls do support 
ipv6 or ipv4 or domain data, why is spamassassin not knowing this ?

in rspamd its possible to tell this info before dns query is wasted :/

imho this should be resolved in spamassassin like it is in rspamd

for urls its partly solved since its domains, not ips, but the ns from 
uribl is maybe not so easy to map back and fort

i like to start debate here first before release 4.0.1 fixes

is btw all postgres fails resolved in trunk now ?
