Make sure the Razor2 plugin is enabled in your .pre files:

spamassassin -D --lint 2>&1 | grep -i razor

You should see some RAZOR2 rule hits in your mail logs pretty
quickly if it's working properly:

grep RAZOR2 /var/log/mail.log
