There are numerous solutions that revolve around that question.

There are plugins that OCR images and inject that.
Plugins that read PDF & Microsoft formats and inject that.

etc.

At it's core, SA is a scoring framework.

Is there a specific problem you are trying to solve?  That might let us
answer you better.
